Hi, I’m Mary Kay.
I am a sixty+-year-old energetic visionary who believes that vibrant health is for all ages...from early years into a rich long life!
As a young adult, I struggled with emotional eating and overwhelming sweet cravings. My weight went up and down, causing me high stress and other health issues. Restrictive dieting not only failed but made it worse. I remember feeling defeated and lonely in my struggle. After a few years of this battle, I had a turning point, and I was able to overcome. I learned to embrace support in addition to practicing healthy nutritional and lifestyle habits. The result? Lasting transformation.
I practice a step-by-step individual holistic lifestyle approach to all of your health goals. Not a one-size-fits-all approach. I provide understanding, accountability, and support.
“My thirty years of experience helping women reach their personal growth goals in holistic health, in one-on-one sessions and in small groups, is my passion.”
That along with my education from the Institute for Integrated Nutrition, and my 2017 certification as an International Health Coach, empowers me to help women reach their health and lifestyle goals. I also have decades of experience in public speaking at seminars, and recently, wellness retreats. I am known for keeping it simple, positive, and fun.
I believe “A sprinkle of chocolate makes everything better.”
It's time for you to live your brilliant healthy lifestyle. It's your time to SHINE!
XO, Mary Kay
