OWN IT! is a program with a personal touch. I will be involved every step of the way, cheering you on. I received my education from the Institute for Integrated Nutrition with a focus in Endocrine Health/Hormone Health. I am science based; I am neither hype nor fad influenced.  

The speed in which people lose weight, keep it off, and deal with unhealthy cravings is determined by what they eat, how they exercise, their determination, and the support and guidance they receive. Are you someone who is done with the nonsensical cycle of rapid weight loss: gain it all back, diet, repeat, repeat… and sick of counting calories and measuring every single bite of food?
